Whether you are an avid wildlife enthusiast or seeking a unique adventure, dive into the extraordinary world of marine marvels.  Embark on an unforgettable journey along the stunning Kaikōura coastline and witness the Dusky Dolphins frolicking in the waves, showcasing their acrobatic skills and innate curiosity in their natural habitat.  Dolphin Encounter’s expert guides will lead you on a captivating tour, providing fascinating insights into the lives of these intelligent creatures. 

After your return to base, the journey continues – evolving into an unforgettable adventure with postcard views and adrenaline-fueled fun.  Our two expert guides will get you geared-up ready to embark on 'Moggy' for a 4x4 exploration of the breathtaking Rakanui Station. 

You will join a small and intimate group of no more than 12 guests for an exhilarating zipline and native forest experience. Soar over regenerative rolling farmland on five sensational ziplines, each ranging from 250m to 620m in length.  

As your zipline adventure concludes, 'Moggy' will bring you back to the Kaikōura airfield where you will transfer to our shuttle for a scenic drive back to Kaikōura town.  

*Upgrading to swimming with the dolphins is subject to availability.
